Speaker Bios

Carla Rayman Kidd and Patricia Tan formed Your Global Consultants in 2010. Both CIPS instructors, the duo have presented at seminars and associations all over the world. In addition to teaching their CIPS classes, they have developed courses geared to students who work with foreign buyers and sellers.

They have presented at the National Association of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS®, CRS, Prudential and Coldwell Banker national and international conventions, Triple Play as well as A Place in the Sun in England, OPP Live in London, SIMA in Madrid, American Chamber of Commerce in Panama City, Panama, and various seminars across Asia, the Caribbean and Canada.

Carla and Pat are active real estate agents who focus on global business. Their passion for their field shows in their presentations.

The duo have both served as chairs of the Sarasota Association of REALTORS® global council twice.  They are responsible for initiating the association’s annual international congress and were awarded the President’s Award for their commitment.  Carla was also awarded REALTOR® of the Year and the President’s Award, and the association’s first Global Commitment Award in 2022.

Carla and Pat both serve on Florida REALTORS® committees. From 2016-2020, Carla was NAR’s Global Coordinator for North America/Central America/Caribbean and also the former President’s Liaison to Panama. She currently serves FIABCI-USA as their President-Elect and was recently named Director of Development & Strategic Engagement for Coldwell Banker Island Affiliates where she assists the islands’ franchise owners from Bermuda to Trinidad & Tobago.

Pat is the past President’s Liaison to the United Kingdom for NAR.  She has also achieved the Five Star in Real Estate award for her 16th year in a row.

Carla and Pat recently earned the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing's Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation in recognition of experience, knowledge and expertise in high-end residential properties.
